The quality of the mold is the most important factor in determining the quality of your plastic and rubber injected part. We use high tech CNC milling equipment to machine your molds directly from your CAD designs. Part shapes are reproduced faithfully to a fine level of detail. We usually use high quality steel for our molds, thus ensuring that they will last long and make you hundreds of thousands of parts. Before tempering the molds to harden the steel, we will mold sample parts for you as verification that the molds have been crafted to your satisfaction.
